Inspection Comments | INVESTIGATED COMPLAINT. THE EMPLOYEE MENTIONED WAS NOT WORKING AT THE TIME, BUT I DID DISCUSS THE ISSUE WITH THE MANAGER WHO WALKED WITH ME ON SITE. THEY DO HAVE A STRICT POLICY REGARDING THIS ISSUE. ALL SCRAPS OR UNUSED PRODUCT IS REQUIRED TO BE WEIGHED OUT AND DOCUMENTED. AT NO TIME, IS ANY OF THE FOOD PRODUCT SUPPOSED TO BE CONSUMED BY AN EMPLOYEE ESPECIALLY CONSUMED IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. THE MANAGER ON SITE WILL BE FOLLOWING UP IF ANOTHER REPORT WAS FILED REGARDING THIS ISSUE OR IF NOT, THEY WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH THE EMPLOYEE. NO OTHER ISSUES NOTED AT THIS TIME. |
